The Role

As our Product Manager / Marketing, you will be the bridge between product development and market communication. This is a hands-on role at the heart of our startup, responsible for shaping new product lines and ensuring they reach the right audiences.

Responsibilities

• Building the Elite Flight Attendant Academy: Lead the development and marketing of a brand-new product line.

• Analytics: Analyze market data and user behavior to continuously improve our products.

• Content Creation: Produce compelling content such as landing pages, case studies, and social media posts.

• Campaigns: Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns to acquire new customers.

• Growth Support: Collaborate directly with the CEO and CPO on product definition and growth strategy.

Requirements

Must-have:

• Broad knowledge across print, web, and social media.

• Professional experience in product management or marketing.

• Strong skills in analytics, content creation, and campaign management.

• Familiarity with AI tools to support daily work.

• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

• Willingness to travel regularly to the US for collaboration.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in a startup, innovation hub, or accelerator.

• Background in aviation-related projects or industries.

• Career changers with relevant professional experience and projects are welcome.
