Location: Charleston, SC (or other US hub location)
Schedule: Hybrid – 2 days in office, 2 days on the road with clients, 1 day home office

The Role
As our Head of US Sales, you will be the driving force behind building our market presence in the United States. This is a leadership role for a hands-on, results-driven professional who is comfortable building relationships at the highest levels while actively developing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities

Strategic Growth: Represent SimXity in the US market and build key relationships with airlines, flight schools, and training centers.

High-Level Networking: Leverage your network and access to C-level executives to accelerate the sales process.

Hands-On Execution: Build the sales pipeline from scratch through targeted prospecting and direct outreach, with a weekly rhythm of office, travel, and home office days.

Data-Driven Sales: Champion the use of our AI-supported CRM for lead generation and maintain high-quality data to maximize business impact.
Requirements
Must-have:

Proven track record in B2B sales with measurable success.

Hands-on approach to building and closing a pipeline.

Strong relationship-building skills with executives and decision-makers.

Valid driver’s license for business travel.
Nice-to-have:

Experience in the aviation industry.

Background in high-growth startups or fast-scaling environments.
