The Role

As our CFO / Head of Finance & Administration, you will take ownership of building our finance department from the ground up. This is a management-level role, combining strategic foresight with operational execution. You will be responsible for both financial strategy and back-office administration, ensuring SimXity is set up for sustainable, global growth.

Responsibilities

• BackOffice & Administration: Lead all administrative and commercial management activities.

• Financial Management: Oversee finances, budgeting, and reporting for management and stakeholders.

• Automation: Manage AI-driven accounting and payroll systems to ensure efficiency and compliance.

Requirements

Must-have:

• Proven track record in finance, administration, or accounting leadership.

• Hands-on mindset suited to startup environments.

• Experience in financial reporting, planning, and investor communication.

• Strong understanding of automation tools and digital workflows.

Nice-to-have:

• Background in high-growth startups or tech-driven companies.

• Familiarity with aviation or training industries.

• International finance or fundraising experience.
