As our Edutech & Operations Specialist, you will sit at the intersection of aviation and technology. This role ensures that our training programs are designed with innovation, implemented seamlessly, and meet the highest industry standards. Responsibilities

• Innovative Learning Concepts: Develop and implement modern, tech-driven training solutions.

• Learning Paths: Design and structure effective learning paths for pilots, flight attendants, and mechanics.

• Process Optimization: Serve as the point of contact for operational and technical platform questions.

• Certificate Management: Support the creation and administration of digital training certificates.

Requirements

Must-have:

• First practical experience in edutech, learning content design, or training development.

• Knowledge of Mixed Reality, Smart Glasses, and AI-driven tools.

• Innovative mindset with passion for education and technology.

• Proactive, solution-oriented work style with strong attention to detail.

Nice-to-have:

• Background in aviation, ideally as a pilot, flight attendant, or mechanic (career changers welcome!).

• Experience with digital training platforms or LMS systems.
