CRM Train the Trainer – Individual Course (5 Days)
Our CRM Train the Trainer course is designed for aviation professionals who wish to become certified Crew Resource Management instructors. Over five intensive days, participants develop the knowledge and teaching skills to plan, deliver, and assess CRM training sessions in line with EASA requirements.
The course blends theory and practice, covering adult learning principles, facilitation techniques, case studies, and role-play exercises. Each participant receives individual feedback to build confidence and competence as a future CRM trainer.
