Wet Drill & Water Survival – Full Group Training

Our Wet Drill and Water Survival course provides flight and cabin crew with the essential practical skills to respond effectively in the event of a water landing (ditching). Participants will practice survival techniques in realistic scenarios, including the use of life vests, rafts, and other emergency equipment in water.

This hands-on training builds confidence, teamwork, and survival readiness, ensuring crews are fully prepared for one of the most demanding aviation emergencies.

• Delivery: In-person only, at an approved training facility with pool access

• Group size: up to 18 participants

• Scheduling: Training date arranged after booking and delivered within 3 weeks

• Target group: Cabin crew and other flight personnel requiring certified wet drill training

Outcomes

After completing this course, participants will:

• Correctly don and use life vests in water

• Board and operate life rafts in survival situations

• Apply survival swimming and group techniques to stay safe until rescue

• Fulfill the mandatory wet drill certification requirements under aviation safety regulations
